Forms

The following forms have been created by the PBIC to assist researchers and field personnel with the deployment of the PBIC equipment. The forms provide a convenient form of documentation and assist in making sure that the equipment is working correctly by giving an optimal sequence of procedures to follow in the field.

Equipment Checkout forms - List of the equipment serial numbers.
Site Install - Used on initial installation of a site.
Site Pull - Used on final visit to a site as its being picked up.
Site Visit - Used for a routine site visit.
Assurance Tests - Used internally by PBIC for testing equipment.
Equipment Problem forms - Used to describe an equipment problem for repair to the PBIC.
OutreachNameList - Used to document an outreach presentation.
RespCalForm - Used to document a calibration response set.
RespCalPrep - Used to facilitate sensor levelling using response cal box.
